Cookie policy

What we store in your browser, why, and how to turn it off.

Template — not yet reviewed

This page is a starting point drafted against Indian DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR expectations. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer and have company specifics filled in before launch. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_REVIEWED=true to remove this notice.

The short version

We set no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies. We don't sell your browsing data. Analytics only run if you consent to them.

What we actually store

Strictly necessary

These make the site work and cannot be turned off. They store no personal information and are not used for tracking.

  • Consent preference — remembers your cookie choice so we stop asking. Stored for 12 months.
  • Session security — protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Expires when you close the browser.

Browser storage (not cookies)

Some things are kept in your browser's own storage rather than in cookies, and are never sent to our servers automatically:

  • Quote draft — if you start our quote form and leave, your answers stay in localStorageso you don't have to start again. Nothing is submitted until you press send, and clearing your browser data removes it.
  • Campaign source — if you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we keep those parameters in sessionStorage for the visit so that if you do contact us, we know which campaign to credit. It clears when you close the tab.
  • Announcement dismissal — remembers that you closed a notification bar.

Analytics — only with your consent

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck. It's configured with IP anonymisation and Consent Mode. We use it to improve the site, not to build a profile of you.

We may also use Microsoft Clarity for aggregated heatmaps and session recordings. Recordings mask all text input by default, so anything you type into a form is never captured.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop forms working.

Third parties

Some pages embed third-party services, such as a booking calendar. Those services may set their own cookies under their own policies. We load them only when you interact with them, so nothing is set unless you choose to use that feature.
