Engineering

Software built for how your business actually works.

Off-the-shelf makes you change your process to fit the tool. We change the software instead.

Sound familiar?

  • You're running critical operations across four spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group.
  • The off-the-shelf tool does 70% of what you need, and the missing 30% is the part that makes you money.
  • Your team spends hours a day re-entering the same data into different systems.

If any of those land, this is the page for you. Here's how we approach it.

What you get

What custom software development actually changes.

01

Fits your process exactly

Built around how your business actually runs, including the exceptions that generic software forces you to handle manually.

02

Removes duplicate data entry

One source of truth, integrated with the systems you already use, so nothing gets typed twice.

03

Scales with you

Architecture sized for your tenth client and your thousandth, so growth doesn't force a rebuild.

04

No per-seat licensing

You own the software. Adding your fiftieth user costs nothing beyond hosting.

05

Competitive advantage stays yours

The workflow you've refined over years becomes software only you have — not a configuration of a tool your competitors also buy.

06

Full IP transfer

Code, infrastructure and documentation are yours from day one, in the contract. You can take it elsewhere whenever you want.

What's included

Everything in the engagement.

Discovery & process mapping

We watch how your team actually works before proposing anything.

System architecture

Data model, integrations and scaling plan documented before code starts.

Custom business logic

Your rules, approvals and exceptions encoded properly — not bolted on.

Role-based access

Granular permissions so people see exactly what they should.

Integrations

Tally, ERP, payment gateways, WhatsApp, email and whatever else you run.

Reporting

The numbers your managers ask for, available without a data export.

Audit trail

Who changed what and when — required for regulated sectors.

Migration

Your existing data moved across, validated and reconciled before go-live.

FAQ

Custom Software Development questions.

Still have one? Talk to an engineer, not a salesperson.

Most first projects land between ₹8 lakh and ₹60 lakh depending on scope. We give a fixed estimate after a one-to-two-week discovery, not a number over the phone. If your budget won't cover what you've described, we'll say so rather than quote something that overruns.

Usually, and when it fits we'll tell you to buy it — we've talked clients out of custom builds before. Custom becomes the better economics when licence fees scale with headcount, when the workflow is your actual differentiator, or when the gap forces manual work that costs more each year than the build would.

A focused MVP is 8–12 weeks. A full internal platform is typically 4–9 months. You get a working demo every two weeks, so progress is visible rather than promised.

They will — that's normal, not a failure. On a dedicated-team engagement you simply re-prioritise the next sprint. On fixed scope we quote the change separately so the original budget stays predictable.

You do, from day one. The repository, the cloud accounts and the documentation are in your name. Full IP transfer is in the contract, not a conversation at the end.

Yes, and it's often the best arrangement. We can lead the build with your team embedded, or provide senior engineers who work inside your existing process and hand over as they go.

Ninety days of support are included. Most clients then move to a retainer for ongoing changes, but plenty take it fully in-house — which is exactly why we document as we build.

A range is fine. It helps us scope honestly.
