Engineering
A product team, without eighteen months of hiring.
Discovery, design, engineering, QA and DevOps in one accountable group — working to your roadmap.
Sound familiar?
- “You need to ship this year and hiring a full team would take most of it.”
- “You have a clear vision and no way to turn it into an architecture and a plan.”
- “Your last outsourced build technically worked but nobody could maintain it.”
If any of those land, this is the page for you. Here's how we approach it.
What you get
What product engineering actually changes.
A whole team, immediately
Product, design, engineering, QA and DevOps from week one instead of a hiring pipeline.
Decisions made, not escalated
Senior people on the call who can settle architecture questions in the meeting.
Built to be handed over
Tested, documented and structured specifically so your future in-house team can take it on.
Direction you can change
Two-week cycles mean you steer with real information rather than committing everything up front.
Cost you can plan
A predictable monthly figure with no recruitment fees, notice periods or bench time.
Continuity when it matters
A team rather than an individual, so a resignation doesn't halt your roadmap.
What's included
Everything in the engagement.
Product discovery
User research and problem framing before anyone writes code.
Technical architecture
Stack, data model and scaling plan documented and justified.
UI/UX design
Prototypes tested with real users before they're built.
Full-stack engineering
Frontend, backend, mobile and integrations.
QA & automation
Test coverage where a regression would actually cost you.
DevOps
CI/CD, environments, monitoring and rollback.
Analytics
Instrumentation so you can tell what's working.
Handover
Documentation and pairing so your team can take ownership.

FAQ
Product Engineering questions.
Still have one? Talk to an engineer, not a salesperson.
Staff augmentation gives you engineers who work to your direction. Product engineering gives you an accountable team that owns outcomes — including telling you when a requested feature is a bad idea. If you have a strong internal lead, augmentation is often the better value.
Most products start with three to five people: a lead engineer, one or two developers, a designer and part-time QA. We'd rather start smaller and grow once the shape of the work is clear.
You own it. We run two-week sprints with a shared board you can open any time, a demo at the end of each one, and you set the priorities for the next. Nothing significant gets built without you seeing it.
That's a normal and good outcome, and we build for it from the start — documentation, tests and conventional patterns rather than clever ones. We'll pair with your new hires during transition.
