The programme
What each month looks like.
Month 1
Onboarding, codebase tour and your first merged pull request in week two. Small, real, reviewed properly.
Months 2–3
Owning small features end to end, with a mentor reviewing every change and explaining the why.
Months 4–5
Working on a client project alongside the team, including the standups. You'll see what the work actually is.
Month 6
Owning a feature independently, plus a review conversation about a full offer.
What we look for
Something you've built.
A side project, an open-source contribution, a college project you took further than the brief required. Anything you can talk about for ten minutes.
We don't filter on CGPA or college. Several of the best engineers we've worked with came from unrelated degrees and taught themselves.

Yes. Unpaid internships filter for people who can afford to work free, not for people who are good. Stipend is confirmed at offer stage and rises for the second half.
From month one you'll be merging code into real systems. By month four you'll be on a client project, in the standups. Interns here don't build throwaway internal tools nobody uses.
Something you've built and can talk about — a side project, a contribution, a course project you took further than required. We care far more about that than your CGPA or your college.
For interns who do well, yes — that's the point of a six-month programme. We're honest about it at the halfway review rather than leaving you guessing until the last week.
The programme is full-time. We've made part-time arrangements for final-semester students where the college allows it — ask, and we'll be straight about whether it works.
Yes, if you can show us you can build. Some of the best engineers we've worked with came from mechanical, civil or entirely unrelated degrees.
